Issue
- We have heard about the reports of anti-social behaviour in Victoria and Mary Baily Park. Keeping public spaces safe and enjoyable for the community is so important, and tackling these issues early can make a real difference.
Since you've already identified motorbike-related incidents and general anti-social behaviour as key concerns, we are exploring ways to address these with local authorities or community groups. Increased patrols or even community engagement initiatives could all help to deter disruptive behaviour.
We are actively asking people to report to the police any concerns of Anti-Social Behaviour in the park areas. If you do see people on motorbike in the park area, we encourage people to call 999 at the time that this is happening so that police can tackle the issues an attend the area to catch the people reasonable and to take appropriate action where needed. Any anti-social behaviour that is not on going or feel does not need to an immediate response then please report on 101 or online at Report anti-social behaviour | Avon and Somerset Police

Upcoming Events
Frome Independent market
The Frome Independent is an award winning, destination street market. We reclaim Frome’s high street once a month to showcase the best independent craftspeople, designers, makers, food producers and vintage traders in the South West. The market takes place on the first Sunday of the month from March to December and strives to be ‘more than a market’, incorporating live music, DJs, street performance, workshops and activities for children and adults alike on market days. The market is a free event for visitors and has quickly grown to be one of the most significant elements in the region’s calendar attracting over 80,000 visitors each year. The Frome Independent is produced and managed in Frome, Somerset by a small team of four Frome residents, who are supported by a dedicated team of local event staff on market days. Frome has been a market town since before the Norman Conquest, and our mission is to retain and celebrate this important aspect of the town’s identity.
