Home Security/ Garden Security – Summer is here and garden tools are a favourite item for some of our undesirable characters, please keep them locked away when not being used.

There has been an increase of thefts and attempt thefts from vehicles around the villages and towns recently, including theft of number plates, please make sure vehicles are locked and secure overnight. Please call 999 if you see something suspicious overnight.

Working with Community Speedwatch and our colleagues in Speed Enforcement we are working to reduce the number of speeding vehicles in the outlying villages.
