Neighbourhood Policing Team for Redwood.
Current Priorities
Issue
Current locations: You can let us know about locations you are concerned about via StreetSafe.
Please note: StreetSafe is not for reporting crimes or emergencies. Instead, report them:
- online – using the report a crime or incident form
- in person – visit a police station
- anonymously to Crimestoppers
Examples of situations that should be reported to StreetSafe include a poorly lit alleyway that makes you feel unsafe or a park with broken equipment that poses a safety hazard.
If you’re unsure whether something is a crime or not you can read the related guidance on our website.
Issue
We welcome feedback from the public and want you to engage with us. Let us know about the issues you have in your area, how we can support your community. We want to know what type of engagement you would like us to do in your area on a regular basis.
This could include:
- Talk to Us sessions where you can come along and speak to us about policing issues or crime prevention advice, and find out who we are and what we do
- Policing Masterclasses where we can deliver an event to educate communities about issues such as; drugs, ASB, fraud, child sexual exploitation or modern day slavery and provide signposting to support agencies
We would also like to see an increase in Community SpeedWatch and Neighbourhood Watch schemes, where communities take ownership for issues in their area, play a pivotal role in helping to tackle issues and get regular support from the police.
If you have any information about criminality or issues in your area or would like more information about the schemes and engagements mentioned, please contact us using the form at the bottom of our team page.
Issue
We have been receiving reports of the illegal use of these vehicles in Pill, especially on Watch House Hill and the main road through the village and in Long Aston, around the community Centre and football pitch.

You can report non-urgent crime online: www.avonandsomerset.police.uk/report
