Current Priorities
Issue
If you are concerned about someone who may be drink/drug driving or dealing drugs in your community, you can report your concerns by ringing 101/999 (if urgent) , via Crimestoppers online or by ringing 0800555111. You can remain anonymous and your information may save a life.
Action
We are extremely grateful for all the reports we receive regarding anti-social driving, as well as concerns related to drink and drug driving in the area. Your information is vital in helping us take action, and we particularly appreciate licensed premises who take the initiative to report suspected drink driving—your support is crucial in keeping our roads safer.
All reports are carefully reviewed and used to help us identify ‘hot-spot’ areas. This allows us to carry out targeted patrols aimed at deterring dangerous and irresponsible driving behaviours, and to take enforcement action where necessary.
By working together, we can make a real difference in reducing harm on our roads and ensuring the safety of everyone in our community. Please continue to report any concerns—every piece of information helps.
Issue
As the better weather will (hopefully) soon be with us, Exmoor Neighbourhood Policing team will be holding various Police Posts and events with crime reduction themes such as Cycle Registering, Trailer marking and scam events.
