Issue

There have been an increase in poor parking in and around the Horfield area, especially around the Schools.

Neighbourhood officers have issued several Traffic Offence Reports given to offending vehicles.

This is predominantly significant around our local Schools and can cause children and young people to have to walk in the road.

Please report this either on 101 or Report | Avon and Somerset Police

Action

Parking around the Schools continues to be a problem, a number of vehicles have been issued with fines for their parking along with owners given words of advice.
We are aware that there are issues in the area however parking safe and legal is everyone’s responsibility.
