Over the last couple of months there has been an increase in vehicle crime mainly theft from motor vehicle.

It would appear that there is a higher number of vans and work vehicles that are being broken into as the main items that are stolen from the vehicles are Power Tools/ Hand Tools.

Please make sure your vehicles are locked and secured and no valuables are left inside.

The local beat team will be completing more regular patrols around the hotspot areas, using hi-vis patrols and some covert tactics to disrupt thefts from and thefts of motor vehicle. 

In the recent weeks officers have been in the local area completing patrols due to this ongoing issue. Several arrests and Stop Searches have been conducted in the area

Greater Bedminster Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) have noticed an increase of Anti-Social Behaviour within Victoria Park. We will be working with other partner agencies in a bid to reduce anti-social behaviour
