Using a combination of your feedback and our own data, we have set the below as the things your local neighbourhood policing teams across north of Peterborough will prioritise for July to September 2025:

• Anti-social behaviour in Ashton and Bainton
• Bike theft in Bretton and West Ward
• Youth-related anti-social behaviour in and around Itter Park

• Anti-social behaviour in Ashton and Bainton -
The team have conducted patrols in the area and engaged with members of the public to explain the policing presence.
Officers observed suspicious activity, but no anti-social behaviour (ASB) was directly witnessed.
A Community Protection Warning (CPW) has been issued to a man banning him from the area for a year.

• Bike theft in Bretton and West Ward -
Work on this priority is ongoing. Plans include hotspot patrols, bike marking events and designing out crime visits to explore practical ways to reduce offences.

• Youth-related anti-social behaviour in and around Itter Park -
Patrols have been conducted at Itter Park with no anti-social behaviour or groups loitering observed.
There has been a reduction in litter and damage, suggesting an improvement in ASB during school summer holidays.
Officers have engaged with young people and no recent ASB incidents have been recorded.
We’re liaising with the local council about various tasks such as signage to deter access to the bowling green, reopening of public toilets due to human waste issues, youth initiatives and painting over graffiti.
