- Inconsiderate parking was causing issues for disabled residents on Crosby Avenue and Alpass Avenue, with vehicles blocking pavements and junctions.
- As a result of intelligence from the community, it was identified that drugs were being dealt from an address on Lodge Lane.
- A homeless male who had set up camp in the derelict site which was previously a care home on Lodge Lane was causing ASB with reports also suggesting his dog was dangerous.

- PCSO Bickerton has attended the area on several occasions and issued a number of fixed penalty tickets to vehicles causing unnecessary obstruction. Patrols of the area will continue, and positive action will be taken with any offending vehicles.
- PC Murphy obtained a misuse of drugs warrant from the courts which was executed at the address in question and cannabis was seized from the address.
- PC Murphy engaged with the male and worked with WBC, mental health team and the site landlord to relocate the male. Sadley the male then moved to another site, the old high school site on Lockton Lane, causing similar issues. Again, PC Murphy worked with the WBC, rough sleepers team and the male himself to try to find a permanent solution for him and the community. After some weeks, the male was moved to interim accommodation and the dog was seized after it bit PC Murphy. Great problem solving, which led to the issue being removed for the local community.
