- Issues with drug dealing in the Handley Drive area and lack of Police visibility.
- Orchard Street residents raised concerns over speeding on the road in particular when residents from nearby streets use the road to go to and from work.
- The survey was adapted to get an understanding of issues retail workers may be having in the Fearnhead area. Issues raised were concerns over ASB at night and shoplifting.
- Issues with the smell of cannabis in the Blackledge Close area. In particular the grass section that leads to Enfield Park.

- A positive drugs warrant was served at an address in the area and one arrest was made. This investigation is ongoing, and more information will be released once the investigation has concluded. PCSO Potter has taken note of the feedback and has increased his foot patrols of the area in an effort to increase Police visibility.
- PCSO Potter conducted three mini operations with the speed indication device at different times and different parts of the road. The first and second were conducted the junction of Fearnhead Lane and Orchard Street both in the early morning and late afternoon. On both occasions, the highest recorded speed was 25mph in a 20mph zone.
The third was conducted from the back of the road at the dead end. This was conducted in the afternoon and again, the highest speed recorded was 25mph. A social media post was also posted on Warrington North Police Facebook page regarding the results and a request for residents that use this road to consider their speed. We will continue to monitor.
- We have upped our patrols of the shops including entering them when in the area to speak with staff. We have also requested passing attention in the carpark from response officers when in the area to do a loop of the carpark. There have been no ASB reports for Fearnhead shops recently and we will continue to pay passing attention.
- Enquiries are still ongoing regarding this matter, but patrols have been increased by the PCSO of the area.
