Retail Crime within the ward

Retail crime has seen a 20.8% decrease in February 2025 in comparison to February 2024 with dedicated ward officers now taking ownership of a larger proportion of the investigations into Retail Crime.

Begging

Dedicated ward officers have been conducting regular patrols under ‘Operation Luscombe’ which focuses on begging and associated criminal activity.

Homelessness

Dedicated ward officers for the Liverpool Street Cluster have been engaging with the rough sleepers that are currently in the cluster and have worked with partner agencies to find longer term solutions for these people.
