YOU SAID: Youth related ASB/use of off road bikes in the Seaton area

The original issue date of the priority was 3rd July 2025. This priority is to be continued as a result of recent Community Surveys, calls for service and information received from the local community/businesses/partner agencies directly to NPT Officers.

WE DID:
Hi Visibility patrols in the area, engagement and intervention and are aware of ongoing complaints regarding off road bikes however these appear to have decreased over the past month. This will be monitored accordingly.

WE DID:
On 6th August 2025 local Officers held a drop in surgery with the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner in Northside engaging with residents in the area and discussing local issues.

WE DID:
On 13th August 2025 Officers from Allerdale NPT in partnership with Allerdale Local Focus Hub and partner agencies took part in Operation Respect in Northside. Officers and partner agencies engaged with residents in the area about ongoing issues.

WE DID:
On 26th August 2025 PCSO Snell held another Seaton Youth Project meeting at Seaton Library. This is an ongoing engagement at event at Seaton Library to discuss youth provision in the area. Seaton Youth Project group has been set up to look at long term provision in the village with a number of agencies involved. Next meeting arranged to 1st October 2025.

WE DID:
On Saturday 30th August 2025 Officers attended a Fun day in Great Clifton engaging with the local community and discussing local issues.
