1: Working with local residents and partner agencies to identify areas of concern. This can be done via Street Meets and Community Catchups. Plain clothed patrol operations to identify dealers, carrying out stop searches wherever proportionate to do so. Develop intelligence and carry out drugs warrants in the local area.
2: A mixture of high visibility and plain clothes patrols in hot spot locations. Regularly review crime trend information and intelligence to identify hot spot locations and potential suspects. Work with partners to prioritise community messaging and crime prevention advice.
3: Street Meets in specific locations reported to us and to be highly visible, engaging with local Community Speedwatch Groups to help identify vehicles causing ASB. Engage with Rykneld Homes to help identify perps to ensure tenancy Warnings / CPW CPN'S are issued.
