It belongs to the North East Local Policing Unit.
The area consists of large expanses of rural landscape with a number of small villages and hamlets. Agriculture and leisure form the main industry.

Action
1. High visibility patrols utilising Speed checks, joint work with schools, and CREST to help identify offending vehicles. 2. Continue regular parking patrols, Joint patrols with Parking enforcement and DCC highways considering changes to road layout.
3.Working with NEDDC for enforcement and patrols and building intelligence from locals, leading to identifying offenders.
