Anti-Social Behaviour in Swadlincote Parks. We will: Conduct both High visibility and plain clothes patrols in hot spot locations, carry out stop searches under section 1 Police and Criminal Evidence Act if appropriate and proportionate. Our Youth engagement team will work with secondary schools and agencies within the Community Safety Partnership to identify offenders and take positive action against those found causing ASB. Prevention and enforcement of drugs offences. We will:- Conduct both high visibility patrols/ plain clothed patrol operations to prevent offences and bring offenders to justice Continue to develop intelligence Use our policing powers such as stop searches and the use of warrants to bring offenders to justice Communicate key updates to our communities via Social Media, In-person engagement events and our key community messaging system, Derbyshire Alert.
