Drugs

We are receiving an increase in reports of drug dealing and drug use in certain areas. We are looking to target certain addresses and individuals and would welcome any information provided. Please visit crimestoppers-uk.org or call 0800555111 to provide us with information anonymously.

Action

Update: 20 March 2025 - multi agency meeting held

Plymouth City Council Anti social behaviour team, Plymouth city council noise abatement team, Clarion Housing and St Budeaux local neighbourhood policing team held a meeting to discuss ongoing drug use and anti social behaviour in a local property. This is part of a process to move forward and to find a joined up approach to help tackle the issue. This is only part of the process and information sharing is vital to tackle longstanding neighbourhood issues.

Youth ASB

There has been an increase in reports of Anti social behaviour around Lidl, COOP, St Budeaux square, Kit HIll crescent Barne Park.

We will be working closely with the local youth workers, councillors and shops to engage with those involved to provide a feeling of safety for all in the local area.

We continue to monitor St Budeaux square and Kit Hill Crescent park.

Update: 09 March 2025 - Continued monitoring

We continue to monitor the situation with youths causing issues on the square, ASB1 warnings were issued which seems to have helped.

Update: 09 January 2025 - Further action

Contact made with Plymouth city council youth workers regarding youths in the area. Anti social behaviour warnings issued to some youths and referrals made to outreach youth activities in the local area.
