Anti-Social Behaviour – OFF ROAD BIKES
Action
Regular high visibility patrols are conducted in the area. This area is protected by Section 59 of the Police Reform Act which allows officers to seize any vehicle being used in a manner causing alarm, distress or annoyance. A joint operation with our Motorcycle Section is planned for the near future.
Efforts are being made to try and identify where the offending bikes are being housed.
Issue
Anti-social behaviour at Dalton Park
Action
Regular high visibility patrols have been conducted in this area with local businesses visited and liaised with. Youths acting in an anti-social manner are now on the ASB escalation ladder which results in letters and visits to their parents. x1 youth is to be placed on an anti-social behaviour contract. We have also assisted Dalton Park in issuing banning orders.

Action
We have liaised with partner agencies including the neighbourhood wardens who are seeking to add additional signage in the area and increase patrols.
