Issue

Ongoing ASB issues in Princess Court.

Action

Continued monitoring by Police and Livin including regular visits to residents.
03/07/25 - *UPDATE* Over the last few weeks PCSO 6047 Stephenson and Al;an Tubman have been speaking to residents in Princess Court. A number of residents have outlined their concerns relating to ASB connected with a small number of properties in the area. A document of reported incidents since January has been submitted to Livin and Police are working closely with Livin. Positive action will be taken on individuals causing problems in the community on those who continue to cause disruption in this area. The ASB Officer for Durham County Council has also been made aware of the issues. Please report any issues to Police non emergency number 101, or 999 if immediate Police response is required.

Issue

Increased levels of ASB and offences of Criminal Damage in the area of Festival Walk and the Jubilee Park.

Action

Pop-Up Pact held on 13/6/25 to discuss issues in detail.
Increased High Visibility Patrols
Use of drone to identify parties responsible for ASB

Rosa Street Parking Issues

Action

Visit to Rosa Street School by PCSO's to discuss ongoing issues. Information to be provided to persons dropping children off/picking up from the school to park considerately before enforcement takes place.
