Reducing Anti-social behaviour.

To reduce all forms of Anti-social behaviour within the area. This includes aggressive behaviour and criminal damage. We have been working with our partners and SOLACE to issue civil injunctions on those who regularly cause issues. In the last few months police have issued two injunction orders to help keep a vulnerable person safe .
We have also been working hard on reducing Anti –social behaviour, this has included more high visibility patrols especially in the Rope walk area where the toilets have been vandalised and Water lane. We will also be looking to work with the youth projects in the area.
Further partrols will be conducted and this priority remains ongoing.

Anti-social Driving

To tackle speeding and anti-social driving in the town and surrounding areas. Police have continued to conduct patrols within the Wotton area targetting those causing ASD. This remains an ongoing priority.

Speeding has been rasied at a District level. Officers within the NHP will make every effort to tackle speeding offences across the district.

Staff working across the LPA continue to work to target those speeding in the area.

Safeguarding victims of fraud due to a recent increase and those in vulnerable positions.

Wotton officers have been focussing on Victims of Fraud and safeguarding working together with local authorities and the Keepers.
