Current Priorities

Issue

HGV traffic, speeding and nuisance vehicles in hotspot area's

Action

Days of action are to be carried out in each of the hotspot areas.

14/4/2025 - Day of action in North Killingholme.
6/5/2025 - Day of action in New Holland

To achieve this, we will collaborate with our partners and spend time in North Killingholme and New Holland.

We will be collaborating with the Community Speed Watch Groups and supporting the dedicated volunteers who selflessly give their time to make our communities safer places to live and visit.

It is a priority for us to ensure that people use our roads safely. We will deal with those whose actions put others at risk on the roads robustly.

Issue

Public area patrols, including parks and community centres, will be conducted, and engagement with parish councils will take place to identify any upcoming antisocial behavior (ASB). Special attention will be given to New Holland, Goxhill, and the SSSI site due to past issues. Further planned school engagements and inputs are scheduled. Proactive measures are being taken in anticipation of an increase in ASB with the warmer weather in spring.

Action

Villages patrolled routinely whilst on duty. ASB calls have been kept to a minimum due to proactive policing.
