Reduce pedal cycle thefts

Pedal cycle thefts have increased with offences mainly taking place at retail sites including Tesco, Morton Lane, Asda Norwood and Flemingate shopping centre. Most of these offences have been closed due to insufficient evidence. One suspect has been identified and subsequently arrested. Bike marking events continue in Beverley and rural areas to increase security/target hardening along with providing security advice.

Drugs

There are still issues regarding drug dealing around Beverley. Throughout the coming weeks and months patrols will continue to gather intelligence and take proactive measures to tackle drug dealing.

Anti-social behaviour - ongoing

Over the coming weeks and months patrols will arrange school talks focussing on anti-social behaviour and its consequences in both primary and secondary schools, were we see a rise in Anti-social behaviour around Beverley.
