Current Priorities

Issue

There has been an increase in residential burglaries in the area over the last few months. Throughout April and May we aim to conduct high visibility patrols around areas which have been targeted to reassure residents and prevent further offences being committed, taking positive action such as stop searches where there are necessary grounds. Neighbourhood Police Teams have also been conducting regular surgeries around high footfall areas, giving crime prevention advice to target harden and prevent burglary offences.
