Anti Social Motorcycle riding - Dent Road / Snuff Mill lane

Whilst there has been a decline in anti social use of motorcycles in the Middledyke Lane Flood Lagoon we have had a rise in reports of motorcycles being ridden antisocially in the Dent Road / Snuff Mill Lane areas of Cottingham. Patrols, including Op YELLOWFIN will continue to show high visibility in areas throughout the rest of the summer.

Drug use / supply

As an NPT we are continually looking to identify and proactively deal with persons or addressed known to be used in the supply of drugs. Much of this is led by information provided to Humberside by the public.

Shop theft - Cottingham centre

Having liaised with the Cottingham Business Forum and Parish Council - Shop thefts in Cottingham continue to effect the local businesses. Work is ongoing to identify and arrest prolific offenders and put them before the courts & a better information sharing system is in the process of being implemented between the Police and Businesses.
