- Residents of the Lodgemoor estate attended a multi agency meeting expressing concerns around ASB and Drug Dealing.
- Residents highlighted the removal of a CCTV camera on the estate as a possible reason form an increase in incidents.

-High visibility Patrols to be conducted during the day and potential plain clothed patrols to be conducted in the evening.

This month will see a rise in Shop thefts in and around the retail parks due to the festive period.
In particular Boots has reported significant losses over the last period

-Conduct consistent visits to the stores in the area and engage with managers and staff to encourage reporting and actively taking responsibility for the security of their store with police support.
-Discuss potential for CBO’s to be completed on repeat offenders reported begging in the area.
-Create a patrol matrix whereby High visibility foot patrols in the area can be focused at high peak offending times with a view to collecting information on repeat offenders whilst instilling public confidence and reassurance to staff.
