Issue
Reports of Anti-social behaviour, criminal damage including arson and nuisance motorbikes in Alderman Kneeshaw park.
Action
The local Neighbourhood policing team continue to monitor calls for service to the park and high visibility patrols continue whilst attempting to identify offenders and take positive action to the offenders. If you see any of these nuisance motorbikes go into any addresses please report via 101 and ourselves and the council can take positive action against any occupants.
We are also working closely with Humberside Fire & Rescue Service to identify those who are causing fire damage within the park.
Issue
Criminal damage and anti social behaviour connected to derelict buildings within the Longhill ward. This is having a detrimental impact on the wider community as well as putting those at risk who choose to use these buildings as a playground.
Action
Along with our partners from Hull City Council Neighbourhood Nuisance Team and planning department we are seeking solutions with the owners of the land and ensuring the buildings are secured to deter anti social activity.
We have utilised dispersal powers within the Anti Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act to disperse youths from the area. Youths identified for causing anti social behaviour on or within derelict buildings in the area have been taken home and spoken with in the presence of an appropriate adult.
When necessary this has been followed up by Hull City Council who have issued Community Protection Notice Warning letters.
Issue
We have received numerous reports of drug use within the Bilton Grange area
Action
The local policing team have been made aware of a high drugs use within this area. The NPT continue to heavily patrol the area and deal with those found in possession of drugs appropriately and the area is also covered by officers working hotspot policing duties. The NPT also heavily monitor intelligence re the dealing of drugs and look to progress this intelligence by approaching the courts to obtain warrants
