There has been an increase in the presence of Neighbourhood beat officers and the Neighbourhood Task Force in the community.

Theft shoplifting.

Dedicated town patrols have increased, supported by Home Office Grip funding, allowing more officers to be present in the town at key times to address theft and shoplifting.

Nuisance motorcycles and/or E-scooters.

Increased patrols in key locations, along with joint working with Dartford Borough Council, are helping to address issues involving nuisance motorbikes and e-scooters. E-scooters are included in the town’s Public Space Protection Order (PSPO).
