Alcohol.
Action
Beat officers will work alongside the Problem-Solving Police Community Support Officer to address this issue, which is likely linked to antisocial behaviour. Any breaches of licensing conditions will be dealt with appropriately, including prosecution where necessary.
Issue
Antisocial behaviour.
Action
Marked high-visibility patrols are being carried out in the ward by local beat officers, supported by the Neighbourhood Task Force’s Problem-Solving Police Community Support Officer. Appropriate Proactive Management Plans will be created to document the activity, including the powers, policies, and legislation used to support it.
Beat officers will maintain close contact with the local community to gather information and intelligence, and to highlight positive outcomes through the My Community Voice platform.
Issue
Fly tipping.
Action
Beat officers and Neighbourhood Task Force staff will patrol areas where fly-tipping has been reported and work in partnership with the Council’s Waste Crime Team to carry out joint operations. These patrols will also include checks on waste carriers’ licences and vehicles suspected of transporting scrap, to ensure all documentation is valid and compliant.
