Marked high-visibility patrols are being carried out in the ward by local beat officers, supported by the Neighbourhood Task Force’s Problem-Solving Police Community Support Officer. Appropriate Proactive Management Plans will be created to document the activity, including the powers, policies, and legislation used to support it.
Beat officers will maintain close contact with the local community to gather information and intelligence, and to highlight positive outcomes through the My Community Voice platform.

Beat officers, in partnership with the Neighbourhood Task Force and Problem-Solving Police Community Support Officers, will use the operational shoplifting toolkit to address shoplifting issues based on the specific circumstances. These operations have previously proven effective and have been well received by the community. Positive outcomes will be shared through the My Community Voice platform.
