Local beat officers, supported by problem-solving Police Community Support Officers from the Neighbourhood Task Force, are conducting high-visibility patrols in the ward. Where appropriate, Proactive Management Plans will be created to document the activity, including the powers, policies, and legislation used. Officers will maintain strong engagement with the local community to gather information and intelligence, and will share positive outcomes through My Community Voice.

Action
Marked high-visibility patrols are being carried out in the ward by local beat officers, supported by the Neighbourhood Task Force’s Problem-Solving Police Community Support Officer. Appropriate Proactive Management Plans will be created to document the activity, including the powers, policies, and legislation used to support it.
Beat officers will maintain close contact with the local community to gather information and intelligence, and to highlight positive outcomes through the My Community Voice platform.

Action
As this is a Local Authority matter, residents will be provided with details on how to report it via the Maidstone Borough Council website. This reporting process will also be promoted during ward cluster meetings and local community surgeries.
