Antisocial behaviour.

Marked and unmarked patrols are being carried out in the area, alongside stop and search activity and the use of antisocial behaviour powers. This work is being done in partnership with Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council and other agencies, with regular engagement with the local community to share updates and gather intelligence.

E-Scooters and/or nuisance bikes.

Beat officers and Neighbourhood Task Force officers take proactive action against individuals found riding e-scooters or electric bikes that exceed legal limits. These vehicles can be seized, and offenders may receive penalty points on their driving licence.

Noise.

Noise complaints are typically handled by the local Council. However, as they are often linked to wider antisocial behaviour, beat officers work closely with the Council’s antisocial behaviour officer to address these issues collaboratively.
