Beat officers are conducting speed checks and proactively addressing traffic offences while on patrol.

E- Scooters and/or nuisance motorcycles.

Beat officers and Neighbourhood Task Force officers are taking proactive action against individuals riding e-scooters or electric bikes that exceed legal limits. These vehicles can be seized, and offenders may receive penalty points on their driving licence.

Farm equipment theft.

Beat officers work closely with both the Rural Task Force and the Neighbourhood Task Force when crimes of this nature are reported. They share crime prevention advice through the 'My Community Voice' platform and actively engage with the community to gather intelligence on offenders and locations where stolen equipment may be sold.
