Antisocial behaviour.

The local beat officer has worked closely with affected residents and businesses to understand the issues. Known offenders were then visited, and prohibitive notices and orders were issued to prevent further incidents. Recently, two people were identified in connection with a series of doorbell thefts. Both admitted the offences when spoken to by police.

E-Scooters and/or nuisance motorcycles.

Sherwood is currently a focus area for the Neighbourhood Team, who are conducting additional patrols to deter offending and identify those involved. The aim is to seize nuisance bikes and help keep the roads safe for local residents.

Road safety issues.

The local beat officer works closely with parish councils to understand local concerns and is planning to carry out speed checks in the area.
