Anti-Social Behaviour in and around Braunstone Park continues as a priority concern from the community and now with the lighter nights, we will continue to target this over the summer period.

The team have continued to conduct a joint operation with our partners at LFRS around Braunstone park. This has resulted in less reports of arson than previous summers.
We have also just submitted a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) application, which will enhance the area and give the team more powers to deal with local issues.

From Community Surveys and Feedback on Neighbourhood Link, road safety has been highlighted to be a local concern. We will be concentrating on speeding concerns and anti social behaviour caused by e bikes and off road motorbikes.

The team have completed our first Op Pedalfast, where we have targeted the illegal use of E-scooters and E-bikes. The team seized 8 illegal E-scooters and 3 illegal E-bikes, as well as a stolen motorbike. We will be conducting more of these pro-active operations, which have been well supported by the community.

From the Surveys on Neighbourhood Link you have told us that drug dealing and usage at addresses across the Braunstone and Rowley Fields area is a concern.

The team continue to monitor and review intelligence from members of the public regarding drug dealing in the area of Blackmore Drive. Due to the information that the community has given to us, we are currently planning to execute a number of Misue of Drugs Act warrants.
