Anti-social behaviour - Anti-social behaviour at Bromborough Rake

The Local Policing team have been working over the past month with multiple agencies including Mersey Rail, British Transport Police, Wirral Anti-Social Behaviour Team and local council in order to target those youths who are causing the issues in the area. Over the firework period officers have worked in the area and will continue to utilise various tactics to disrupt this unacceptable behaviour. An environmental survey has been conducted by our ‘design out’ crime officer and recommendations have been made to Mersey Rail.

Vehicle crime, retail crime and ASB.

There have been issues around the Croft Retail Park in relation to ASB using vehicles and a PSPO is in place to address these issues.
Local residents have informed police of issues at Bromborough Rake and the train station. Local police continually work with partners including BTP, Mersey Rail, Council ASB Team and MFRS in order to tackle this. Many days of action have taken place with numerous youths being identified and issued with ASB warning letters. This matter has now been referred to the council lead problem solving group so all partners can work together to address.
