Officers have conducted engagement sessions and held drop-ins in the community to understand which specific addresses and individuals are causing the issues. The intelligence developed and identified young persons being exploited to deal the drugs. We have been working closely with specialist officers and teams to take positive action against those running the operation, which has subsequently led to some arrests and safeguarding of children. The investigation is still ongoing.
