Issue
To reduce Anti-Social Off-Road motorbikes within the Fox hollies Park Area and around the area of Lidl,Acocks Green
Action
The gate at Oakhurst Road entrance has now been fixed to prevent motorbikes from entering the park.
A number of recent traffic operations have taken place in the area have taken place where 3 illegal bikes were sized and driving offences reported
We will continue to work with the off-road motor bike team to attend to identify and capture offenders
We will conduct intelligence work in conjunction with partner agencies to identify and deal with offenders.

Action
This is a widespread concern that covers a multitude of different offences.
We recognise that parking is a frequently raised issue from community events. Not all parking issues can be resolved by Police however;
We will attend hotspots parking areas and advise and issue tickets where appropriate
We will work to review intelligence and check for uninsured vehicles, removing them from the area
We will refer any identified vehicle tax breaches direct to the DVLA. Please be aware you can report this as a member of the public using Report an untaxed vehicle - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
Utilising pro laser to record speeding drivers, to advise, or prosecute as per Policing guidelines
Dealing with Anti-social behaviour driving with Section 59 Warnings and seizure of vehicles
Issue
Rough Sleepers causing anti-social behaviour, leaving drugs paraphernalia and litter, and abusing residents as well as drug dealers visiting people to deliver drugs
Action
Work has been conducted with rehabilitation services and outreach groups in the area. We have served Community Protection Warning notices to several individuals regarding their conduct.
This is an ongoing process and further work will be conducted to look at persistent causes of anti social behaviour.
We have conducted more patrols and continue to use Stop Search Powers where lawful . Information from this will be used to inform further actions
A questionnaire has been delivered to shops in order to allow them to anonymously give their perspective on the issues currently occurring in the area.
