Speeding and school parking concerns around the area.

This issue has been much lower over the last month whilst the schools have been closed. In the coming month, the local PCSO's will be in the area to educate parents/vehicle users and will work with the schools to encourage the parking to be better.

Reduction of retail related offences. Police action to reduce retail crime where offences also include offences against shop workers

In the last month we have conducted patrols of the key locations linked to crime. We have discussed ongoing matters with the retail workers and offered help and advice.
There are key nominals who the local team are working towards prosecutions for. When we have the details we will share.
We are continuing with a joint working strategy with the business owners and security agents in order to run various operations with the intention of deterrence, arrest and use of the criminal justice system. Following an on going operation further hotspots have been identified where by further tactics are being employed to reduce the size of a known offending network

Anti social behaviour caused by off road motorcycles and speeding vehicles. Multiple further reports of off road motorcycles causing anti social behaviour including speeding offences and vehicles being used with no documents

In the last month, we have conducted a joint operation alongside force traffic, road harm reduction officers and the off road bike team to target key areas where we were aware off road bikes and illegally ridden bikes were present. That operation led to a number of individuals being advised and 2 people being arrested for assault that had just happened using a vehicle to get away. We will be completing further joint work of this type over the next month.
