Retail Crime & Anti-Social Behaviour on Northfield High Street

The Northfield neighbourhood team works in collaboration with our colleagues on the Weoley Castle neighbourhood team and the Northfield Business Improvement District (BID) to address instances of shop theft and associated anti social behaviour along Northfield high street by providing high visibility patrols of the area and working with retailers to identify prolific offenders, effecting their arrest and utilising powers to ban them from the area.
Update: Recent arrests have been conducted in the area and positive action taken. High Visibility patrols are being conducted and working with local partners and businesses to address local concerns.

ASB in the Wellington Tower, Willetts Rd area of Northfield.

Partners and Community to meet to discuss the concerns and take appropriate action.
Update:Partners have met and conducted a letter drop and increased patrols at the location. There have been less reports of ASB in the past 10 days up to 4 July.

Concerns of drug use and environmental concerns in a number of locations across Northfield Ward. Location include 1. Heath Rd South / areas close to Northfield High Street.

Partners/Police working closely with the community to take appropriate action - to clear up and prevent further issues.
Update: A meeting has taken place with partners and a plan is in place. Local officers are conducting patrols at key times and gathering information on those involved.
