Issue
Billesley Neighbourhood Team have been contacted regarding antisocial behaviour within certain blocks with Braceby Avenue. There have been reports of young males smoking drugs and playing loud music
Drugs paraphernalia has been left within the communal areas.
The main communal doors have been left open - some of the doors are broken
Action
Officers will patrol during their tour of duty on earlies and lates. Birmingham City Council will be notified regarding broken doors / more secure doors.
Letters will be posted to the affected blocks to remind tenants to close the main communal doors, especially with the warm weather this week.
Encouraging tenants to call the police with any information to identify the persons responsible so we can take action.
Issue
Off road bikes/scooters/vehicles have been seen driving /riding around the area, causing a nuisance and damaging park lands. Some of the vehicles are damaged with license plates removed.
Action
We are currently working with the community to identify the suspects of the off road bikes. High visibility patrols are being undertaken within the locations.
Once identified, visits will take place with a view to issuing warnings/Community Protection Warnings/Notices.
Issue
There have been reports of vehicles parking inconsiderately around Chamberlain Road during school pick up/drop off time, causing issues with the local residence
Action
We will be liaising with the Parking Enforcement Officers from Birmingham City Council and Kings Heath School to assist with the current parking issues.
