Issue
St Peter’s and Park: Street Sex Work, Drugs and Serious Youth Violence.
Action
We are aware of recent reports of anti-social behaviour in and around Dunstall Road and want to reassure residents that we are taking this matter seriously.
Our team continues to carry out high-visibility patrols in known hotspot areas to deter incidents and provide visible reassurance to the public. In response to persistent offenders, we are utilising civil enforcement measures where appropriate.
We are working closely with key partners including the Local Authority, the Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Intervention Team, and Environmental Services to develop sustainable, long-term solutions. Where necessary, we will also support the use of tenancy enforcement actions.
Our Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) will maintain a strong and visible presence in the community. They have arranged a series of community drop-in sessions, offering residents the opportunity to meet the team, raise concerns, and help shape local policing priorities.
We remain committed to working with the community to ensure the area remains a safe and welcoming place for all.
We have recently executed a drugs warrant at a property associated with drugs misuse and tenancy action has been taken.
We will continue to focus on this type of activity and encourage the public to provide information so we can tackle this issue.

Graiseley: Drugs, Anti-Social Behaviour & Environmental Crime
Action
We continue to receive reports of anti-social behaviour, including drug-related activity, in the Graiseley area. In response, officers are making full use of the powers available to them — including stop and search — to identify and act against those responsible.
We are also using civil orders to prevent persistent offenders from returning to the area. Where specific addresses are linked to anti-social behaviour or environmental crime, we are working closely with the Local Authority to pursue appropriate tenancy enforcement measures.
Our focus remains on identifying and targeting individuals responsible for ongoing disruption. We are acting on information provided by the local community and working in close partnership with the Local Authority, Anti-Social Behaviour Intervention Team, and Environmental Services to deliver long-term solutions.
We are committed to ensuring Graiseley remains a safe and welcoming place for all residents.
Please continue to let us know any concerns or link in with your Designated Neighbourhood Officer PC Jenkins.
Issue
Graiseley: Vehicle crime, robbery and burglary.
Action
We continue to see incidents of burglary, robbery and vehicle theft across the area. In response, officers are focusing patrols in affected locations and working closely with our partners to disrupt this criminal activity. Dedicated patrols are carried out at key times of the day in hotspot areas, with the aim of preventing further offences.
While we are committed to conducting thorough investigations and identifying those responsible, we also ask residents to remain vigilant. Simple steps such as removing valuables from your vehicles and ensuring your home address are kept secure reduce the likelihood of becoming a target.
We have recently arrested and charged a female with vehicle crime in the local area who has received a substantial sentence at court.
